We only send to European countries, note that possible import / customs fees (for SSwitserland, Norway, the Canary Islands,...) always must be paid by the recipient.

Delivery of the ordered item(s) are made at the address indicated by the client (one address per order) and this on working days between 8 am and 6 pm, you cannot choose a specific delivery time. Deliveries are not possible during weekends and on public holidays. Deliveries to a post office are not possible.

All orders from 50 euro on are free of shipping charge for Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxemburg.

Shipments in the period September - April : 5 working days

Shipments in the period May - August : 7 working days

During exceptional weather circumstances the lead time can be longer to guarantee the quality of the order. ex. heat wave

The delivery time starts once the parcel is handed over to Bpost. Transport charges are calculated according to the country of destination. An e-mail is sent as soon as the delivery is handed over the the transport company. This e-mail contains a tracking code allowing the customer to track the shipment.
